  • Appointment only. This way, every client gets the time and attention they deserve, without the wait. Book yours here

  • I don’t cut or maintain long hair. What I do offer are makeover cuts, so taking long hair to shorter styles (The Switch-Up service).
    In some cases, I do accept select clients for long hair maintenance. If you’d like to confirm whether I can work with your long hair, please reach out before booking.

  • I kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time, using the link in your Salonized confirmation email. Cancellations or changes made later than this will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

  • Life happens, and I completely understand things don’t always go as planned. If you know you’ll be running late, please message me as soon as possible using the phone number in your reminder email. To respect everyone’s time, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, I won’t be able to complete your service and the appointment will be charged in full.
